TO ALL OF YOU WHO ARE JUST STARTING TODAY:
(I did this once before, but Ive just recently started over) and I am currently into my day 5.  I Just want to let you know, that already on day 5, I feel so much better about the choices I’ve been making, and not has heavy/dragged down by food. Get by the first 3-4 days, honestly, those are the hardest. IT IS WORTH IT.
